Moving In/Out

In order to ensure your move in or out of One Darling Harbour including the delivery of large items is managed in the most efficeint manner, a booking needs to be made with the Duty Concierge.

The Concierge Desk will coordinate and approve all lift reservations.

The Loading Dock area is in very high demand and may require some notice to ensure its availability for the duration of the move.

It is important we receive a completed Move In/Move Out form enabling as much notice as possible.

If the loading dock or lift is already booked an alternate date/time will have to be arranged.

Bond Payment

To ensure your lift reservation can be processed, a bond payment of $500 is payable on the day of booking. This payment may be in either a cheque or cash (cheque preferred) made payable to the Owners Corporation SP 49259.

If paying cash please ensure you receive and hold your receipt as proof of lodgement.

Prior to commencement an inspection of common property will be completed by the Duty Concierge.

The bond will be returned after an inspection of common property has been completed at the conclusion of the moving.

Insurances Removal Company

We also request that you provide current copies of certificates of currency for your removalist company.

These insurances include: Public Liability and Workers Compensation.

Moving Times

Moving is only possible during the below times. We have two times slots available daily – AM and PM slots. If you expect a large move then we allocate both slots provided they are available.
