Level 17 Outdoor Terrace
One Darling Harbour offers breathtaking views of the Darling Harbour Precinct.
The Owner's Corporation has recently installed tables and chairs in the terrace area to enable residents to use the area for private functions.
- Bookings are not available to non-residents
- Deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking.
- The resident must be in attendance at all times and is responsible for the behaviour of all guests.
- No glassware or crokery are permitted in the area.
- Noise must not disturb other residents in the Building.
- The area must be left clean and tidy and all rubbish removed.
- The Terrace area can only be used between 6.00 am - 10.00 pm with a maximum of 5 hours per booking.
- Collection of the $100 deposit after use of the area by the resident or tenant is required on the same day
- Failure to comply with any rule may result in total or partial loss of deposit.
- THERE IS A $20 NON REFUNDABLE FEE FOR CLEANING THE AREA AFTER USE.
- The number of guests is limited to 24.
